We are seeking a talented Procurement Pricing Specialist who plays a crucial role in ensuring L2 Aviation maintains the most accurate, competitive, and up-to-date vendor pricing for frequently used components and avionics parts.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • The Procurement Pricing Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the entire lifecycle of pricing—collection, verification, analysis, and continuous updates within our ERP system—to strengthen our supply chain performance and quoting accuracy. Working closely with preferred suppliers, OEMs, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Procurement, you will help drive our “Just In Time” process, reduce delays, and support cost-effective procurement decisions. You will:
    • Maintain current and accurate vendor pricing within the ERP system for L2’s most frequently used parts and components.
    • Establish recurring communication with suppliers to capture pricing updates, lead times, and availability.
    • Ensure timely entry and validation of pricing changes and vendor-provided updates.
    • Monitor vendor agreements and contracts for pricing compliance.
    • Identify and address discrepancies between vendor quotes, invoices, and internal pricing data.
    • Support procurement initiatives to prevent delays by proactively updating pricing databases.
    • Prepare pricing trend reports and present insights to management.
    • Track cost fluctuations and identify negotiation or cost-savings opportunities.
    • Provide analytical support to Supply Chain leadership for strategic sourcing decisions.
    • Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless and cost-effective planning.
    • Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and sales to support production scalability and product launches.
    • Maintain well-organized documentation of vendor interactions, updates, and pricing records.
    • Adhere to all L2 Aviation policies, procedures, and quality standards.
    • Maintain compliance with internal and regulatory procurement standards.
    • Support special projects, procurement activities, and additional duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING:
  • You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
    • 2+ years of procurement, pricing, or supply chain support experience; aviation/aerospace experience strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and vendor pricing workflows.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication abilities for working with vendors and internal teams.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
    • Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
    • Must submit to and pass pre-employment drug testing and any applicable company/FAA Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program that may be required.
    • Must be able to pass required background checks, including a 10-year TSA check if airport access or badging is required.
