Job Title: Procurement/Purchasing Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement/Purchasing Officer to manage the acquisition of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency in Excel to track orders, analyze data, and maintain inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and purchase goods/services as per organizational requirements.

- Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.

- Maintain accurate records of orders, contracts, and deliveries using Excel.

- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, analysis, and reporting).

- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:

- Graduation.

- Previous experience in procurement or purchasing (preferred).
