Procurement & Purchasing Officer

We’re Hiring – Procurement & Purchasing Officer | Abu Dhabi

Care Group – HR Department is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Procurement & Purchasing Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Experience: Minimum 2–5 years (Healthcare experience preferred)
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of medical, dental, and operational supplies
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing & ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with all departments
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, quotations & vendor relations
• Ensure compliance with facility, DOH, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in Procurement/Purchasing (healthcare)
• Strong negotiation & communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of vendors and sourcing procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems
• Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure
