Procurement & QS

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Procurement & Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our lighting company in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement activities, cost estimation, supplier coordination, and quantity surveying for lighting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of lighting materials, accessories, and project requirements
• Prepare BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates
• Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate prices and delivery schedules
• Analyze project specifications and drawings
• Monitor project costs and maintain budget control
• Prepare and evaluate supplier/subcontractor comparisons
• Ensure timely material delivery for projects
• Maintain proper documentation for procurement and project records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field (preferably)
• Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in procurement and QS
• Experience in lighting, electrical, or construction industry preferred
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation
• Good negotiation and supplier management skill
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/ERP systems is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willing to relocate in Ajman
