Procurement & Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth procurement and sales processes.
  • Develop and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) to obtain competitive pricing and terms from suppliers.
  • Conduct detailed cost analysis to optimize purchasing decisions and support sales proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to establish favorable terms and conditions that align with company goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical product specifications to effectively communicate with customers and suppliers.
  • Plan procurement activities ensuring timely sourcing of materials and products needed for sales commitments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into procurement specifications.
  • Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or service.
  • Support customer relationship management by providing technical information and resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Track market trends and product availability to recommend alternative sourcing options as necessary.
  • Prepare detailed reports on procurement metrics, supplier evaluations, and sales support activities.
  • Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless product delivery and stock availability.
  • Assist in developing pricing strategies based on procurement costs and customer demand.
  • Continuously improve procurement and sales processes by identifying opportunities to reduce costs and enhance customer satisfaction.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
