Procurement & Sales Manager (Building Materials Shop)

About Us

National United Co. LLC is a leading provider of construction and infrastructure services in Oman. With expertise in telecom civil works, FTTH, network tower construction, wastewater connections, tank cleaning & maintenance, turnkey commercial & residential building projects, and the supply of industrial, electrical, and building materials, we are expanding our Building Materials Division and looking for an experienced professional to manage operations of our materials shop.

Position: Procurement & Sales Manager – Building Materials Shop

Experience Required: 6–8 years (in Oman market, mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Inventory Management

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for industrial, electrical, and building materials.
• Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
• Oversee inventory levels, stock availability, and warehouse operations.
• Coordinate logistics for timely delivery and replenishment.

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and clients in the Omani construction market.
• Identify new sales opportunities, market trends, and competitive offerings.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals.
• Deliver regular sales and procurement reports to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 6–8 years of proven experience in Oman, preferably in building materials trading or construction supply.
• Strong network within Oman’s construction and materials market.
• Solid knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Valid Omani driving license preferred.
