  • Manage procurement activities for food items, packaging materials, and equipment.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with reliable suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable terms.
  • Review and process purchase requisitions and orders in accordance with company procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure consistent quality and timely deliveries.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, finance, and warehouse teams to meet business needs.
  • Monitor market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company standards and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier contracts, price lists, and delivery schedules.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP or procurement software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English
