Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a Procurement Specialist, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement needs, negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive prices, and oversee the procurement process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing innovative procurement strategies
• Ensuring strong stakeholder, supplier management, and contract management processes
• Conducting effective supplier and pricing comparisons from multiple sources to recommend the most efficient solution
• Informing requestors about the proceeding of their request throughout the process
• Evaluating supplier performance and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise
• Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, pricing, and supplier information

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in managing multiple deliverables and high-priority tasks
• Excellent command of English
• Ability to use appropriate and professional language with various stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of MS Office
• Passion and interest in games
• Appreciation and understanding of teamwork
