Procurement Specialist

Job description:

Transparts Trading FZE, based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, a leading worldwide supplier operating in the industry of Automotive Aftermarket of spare parts for passenger cars and trucks, is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team. The company’s brands have been prominent and widely distributed internationally in Europe, CIS, Central Asia and other regions for more than 18 years. Responsibilities:

• Search for and evaluate new suppliers according to the company's development plans
• Negotiate with suppliers on prices, payment terms, delivery, and other commercial issues
• Prepare, agree on, and sign contracts with suppliers, monitor contract execution
• Work with current suppliers: monitor timely deliveries, service quality, and assortment
• Work with assortment: update cross-lists, fill the company’s assortment database based on supplier price lists and etc.
• Monitor the market, analyze prices and supply conditions, and suggest optimal solutions for the company
• Maintain reports, track data, and support information in SAP
• Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, finance, sales) on procurement matters

Skills:

• Experience with contracts and evaluating supplier performance
• Understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
• Negotiation skills and ability to work with multiple suppliers
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work in a multi-tasking environment

Requirement:

• Good/medium level of Russian (spoken and written)
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Preferably experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Knowledge of the local auto spare parts market (genuine and automarket brands)
• Ability to work with suppliers and manage contracts
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, ability to work with large amounts of information
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
