Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective sourcing.
• Compare and evaluate supplier proposals to support informed purchasing decisions.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements with vendors.
• Track purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Inspect and verify the quality of purchased items in line with company standards.
• Enter and maintain accurate order details such as vendor information, quantities, and prices in internal systems.
• Keep updated records of purchased products, delivery schedules, and invoice documentation.
• Prepare and present purchase-related reports, including cost analysis and spending summaries.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of proven experience as a Purchase Officer, Purchase Executive, or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong understanding of vendor sourcing practices, including research, evaluation, and vendor relationship management.
• Solid knowledge of supply chain procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Good communication English and Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
