Your Mission

We are looking for an analytical, curious, inventive, and self-starter to join our growing operations team as a Procurement Specialist. This individual contributor role will manage daily ordering, supplier management requests.

• Coordinating the procurement and inventory management of all items.
• Following up on daily operational tasks.
• Establishing procurement order streams to match supply with demand.
• Managing suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.
• Source and negotiate procurement agreements.
• Develop and implement plans to achieve annual fixed and supply costs savings.

Your Profile

• Graduation from Engineering faculties (preferably industrial engineering).
• 1+ years of experience in relative supply-chain organizations.
• Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge).
• Experience leading new or start-up related projects where processes will need to be defined, implemented, and iterated/refined.
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
• Good team player with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English (both written & oral).
• Proficiency in accounting tools is a plus (Logo etc.).
• Completed military services for male candidates.

Ideally, you have

• Lean mentality.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze quantitatively and problem-solve efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment.
• Proficiency in tools/systems to analyze data including Excel or other data management systems.
