Job Overview

Red Flames Fire Protection Solutions LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage the purchasing of materials, equipment, and services required for fire protection projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, maintain strong supplier relationships, and secure competitive pricing while meeting project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure fire protection materials, equipment, and services from approved suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors for the best terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier database and develop relationships with reliable vendors.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and store departments regarding material requirements.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure materials are available for ongoing projects.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
• Track orders and resolve any supply or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience in procurement, preferably in fire protection, MEP, or construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and documentation.
• Familiarity with Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) approved fire fighting materials is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with fire fighting and fire alarm system materials.
• Ability to manage multiple suppliers and urgent project requirements.
• Knowledge of UAE market suppliers and distributors.
