Procurement Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist with proven UAE experience in construction, fit-out, or real estate projects,

with prior experience working for developers preferred,

to manage the complete procurement cycle.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end procurement process from sourcing to delivery

* Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and subcontractors

* Obtain quotations, perform comparative analysis, and recommend best options

* Prepare and issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs)

* Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts

* Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to determine material requirements

* Coordinate with project, design, and accounts teams

* Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials

* Maintain accurate records of procurement documentation

* Ensure compliance with company policies and project budgets

* Develop and maintain a strong vendor database

Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in UAE (mandatory)

* Experience working with developers, interior fit-out companies, or main contractors (preferred)

* Strong knowledge of local suppliers and UAE market pricing

* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOQs

* Good negotiation and communication skills

* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Must be available for immediate joining

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field

* Experience in construction, fit-out, or real estate projects

* Familiarity with procurement software/ERP systems

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
