Your Job Description

Implementation of strategic sourcing objectives through effective procurement of goods and services while building robust working relationships with business partners.

Develop agile approaches to sourcing by using category approach, analytics and processes to determine scenarios, risks and change management
-
Make plans to realize the targets and budgets of the procurement department in line with the strategies and policies determined by the company

Close work with the stakeholders (key decision makers and budget holders from different functions) to ensure that he/she is fully aware of current & future requirements and that all parties are aligned to objectives and performance.

Be aware and close follow-up of possible risks and opportunities in the market and inform stakeholders

Contribute the improvement of indirect procurement processes and take part in these studies (especially in technical category)

Participate in negotiations of local and/or global agreements that result in pricing, terms and conditions

Compare and analyze of price-quality-deadline that shared by suppliers
-
Do, follow up and complete supplier contracts

Open purchase orders and archive the reports/documents/mails based on procurement policy and track approval statues of it and be responsible of timely completion of the approval process.

Ensure timely supply of products or services within the deadlines

Implement supplier performance evaluation processes and integrate quality/service/innovation/ sustainability KPIs in his/her category.

Identify, classify and protect files, documentation and sensitive information consistent with record handling and retention requirements.

Collect suppliers’ documentation and information and create on system required for trade transactions.

Collect data on potential suppliers that fulfill requirements.
Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree is mandatory. Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering qualification is highly preferred.

Shows strong interest in manufacturing processes and production components, with a solid willingness to enhance technical competencies in this field.

Ability to independently manage facility procurement processes mainly across technical, production equipments maintenance, capex categories

Having 0–2 years of experience is considered an advantage, though not mandatory

Strategic procurement category management approach

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; comfortable adapting to internal purchasing tools and digital processes.
-
Proactive, solution-oriented, collaborative mindset.
-
Good command of English
