Position Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and technically adept Construction Procurement Specialist to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring construction materials, MEP equipment, specialized subcontractors, and consultancy services. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction supply chains, market rates for building materials, and the ability to align procurement with strict project timelines and engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Identify, pre-qualify, and onboard reliable subcontractors and suppliers. Maintain a robust database of verified vendors capable of meeting strict project standards.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate highly competitive rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Draft and review specialized construction contracts, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and variations in alignment with project requirements.
  • Material Take-Off & Reconciliation: Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors (QS), and Site Engineers to review material requisitions and ensure quantities match project drawings and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).

  • Joining Status: Preferred to be available to join immediately or within a 1-week notice period.

What We Offer
