Job Purpose:
Support procurement activities by coordinating sourcing, supplier follow-up, purchasing execution, and commercial documentation to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant delivery of materials and services for manufacturing and operational needs.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, or related field.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience
in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain support.

Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.

Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).

Professional certifications in procurement or supply chain are an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

Support execution of procurement activities including RFQs, comparisons, and purchase orders.

Follow up with suppliers on quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.

Monitor open purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

Prepare commercial comparison sheets and support supplier evaluation.

Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure audit-ready documentation.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (planning, production, warehouse, quality, finance).

Track procurement status, highlight delays, and support performance reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and HSE requirements.
