We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Santa Ana team. This role is about sourcing smarter, negotiating strategically, and leveraging technology to accelerate results. Experience in aerospace or defense procurement is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Source and procure electronic components and materials across global suppliers.
• Use IBS’s ERP (NetSuite) and AI-powered sourcing tools to streamline procurement, identify cost savings, and accelerate cycle times.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times to secure competitive advantages.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance.
• Monitor market trends, lead times, and risks especially in aerospace and defense.
• Work closely in-office with sales, logistics, and operations teams to deliver results in real time.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of procurement or supply chain experience (aerospace/defense strongly preferred).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use technology for decision-making.
• Knowledge of electronic components and supply chain mechanics is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to execute with urgency.
