Procurement Specialist and Project Manager for Interior Design

Crave Design Co. is a fast-growing hospitality interior design studio specializing in restaurants, bars, and experiential spaces. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Project Manager + Procurement Specialist to help bring our designs to life from concept completion through installation.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves logistics, and wants to be deeply involved in the execution side of design.

About the Role

You will take the lead once design is complete by managing timelines, coordinating vendors, tracking orders, and ensuring every detail is executed seamlessly in the field.

You’ll work closely with our design team, contractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects moving, on schedule, and aligned with the design vision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage project timelines from design handoff through installation
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and site progress
• Schedule and attend site visits as needed
• Communicate updates clearly with internal team and clients
• Identify and problem-solve issues proactively

Procurement & Ordering

• Oversee ordering of furniture, lighting, materials, and fixtures
• Track all orders, lead times, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate deliveries and installations with job sites
• Review vendor quotes, invoices, and purchase orders
• Work within Programa to track FF&E selections and statuses
• Ensure all items align with design specifications and budget

Logistics & Coordination

• Manage delivery schedules and receiving timelines
• Coordinate installations (furniture, lighting, styling)
• Track damages, returns, and replacements
• Maintain organized documentation of all orders and communications

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years experience in project management, procurement, or interior design support
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with FF&E sourcing, ordering, or vendor coordination
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Clear, professional communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Experience with tools like Google Drive, Programa, or similar platforms is a plus

Bonus if You Have

• Hospitality or restaurant design experience
• Experience working with contractors and construction teams
• Familiarity with installation coordination and site logistics

Compensation + Structure

• $28–$35/hour depending on experience
