Job Description:

AR Printer Publisher Qatar is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist (Oil & Gas) to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of materials and services required for our oil and gas projects.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement within the oil and gas sector.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and market analysis.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct procurement activities for materials and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers to determine procurement needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to procurement.
