Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 per year | Full-Time | In-person
Start your morning aligning with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality to review production needs and upcoming NPI launches. By midday, you’re negotiating commercial terms that leverage our aggregated spend across Automotive, Aviation, and Aerospace programs. In the afternoon, you evaluate supplier KPIs and risk scorecards, adjust dual-source contingencies, and kick off a supplier incentive initiative designed to drive continuous improvement and innovation. You close the day scanning commodity markets and industry trends to refine your sourcing roadmap for the quarter.
We manufacture advanced composite and thermoset materials that support next‑generation Automotive, Aviation, and Aerospace applications. Our components help enable breakthroughs in transportation and space exploration.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies that deliver measurable cost savings across multiple manufacturing divisions.
- Build, evaluate, and strengthen a high‑performing supplier and vendor network aligned to stringent quality standards.
- Use purchasing volume to negotiate competitive pricing, favorable terms, and robust service‑level agreements.
- Design and roll out supplier incentive programs that catalyze cost reduction, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Own end‑to‑end contract negotiations: draft, review, and execute agreements that meet legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Lead supplier performance reviews using KPIs and scorecards; mitigate risk through proactive contingency sourcing plans.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality to ensure sourcing strategies meet production demands.
- Identify and qualify new sources to support growth, new product introductions, and risk diversification.
- Continuously monitor commodity pricing, market shifts, and industry developments to inform strategies and forecasts.
- 3–5 years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management within Automotive, Aviation, or Aerospace manufacturing.
- History of leveraging buying power and deploying supplier incentive programs to achieve significant cost reductions.
- Hands‑on experience drafting, negotiating, and managing supplier contracts and agreements.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities with influence across all levels.
- Proficiency with procurement systems and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Depth in supplier qualification, risk management, and vendor performance frameworks.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with AS9100 or similar QMS standards.
- Knowledge of composites and thermosets.

Our climate‑controlled manufacturing facility features state‑of‑the‑art CNC equipment. The role involves standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and operating in an environment with noise and composite dust (proper PPE provided). Occasional flexibility for shift coverage may be needed. You’ll contribute to cutting‑edge aerospace applications while guiding technical improvements and developing team capabilities.
