Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
1. Management of our India office including all activities related to our production in India
2. Send RFQs to manufacturers and analyze prices to make cost calculation and comparisons
3. Place orders: finalize order details, negotiate the prices, prepare necessary documents, coordinate production with Sales Dept. and manufacturers
4. Process registrations: identify manufacturers, provide prices, conditions and terms, collect the documents
5. Visit and audit new suitable manufacturers when necessary
6. Coordinate shipments and arrange necessary shipping documents
7. Overall managing of procurement and export process
8. Provide solutions for difficult situations
9. Help to establish new processes and lead India operations independently
Requirements:
1. 3 years of purchasing / procurement / sourcing and exporting experience of pharmaceuticals and/or medical products
2. Location – Mumbai
3. Previous experience managing people or a team
4. Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
5. Understanding of North India business practices
6. Speak / read / write English & Hindi proficiently
7. Ability to multitask and prioritize; strong organizational skills
8. Sufficient computer skills for use of ERP and Windows (Word, Excel, etc)
9. Strong negotiation skills
10. Willing to commit to at least 2 years in our company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
