We are a Life Sciences-focused organization with active international operations, looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Explorer to drive supplier strategy, sourcing excellence, and supply continuity across our business.

This role goes beyond execution — it is about shaping how we compete, scale, and deliver value.

🔎 Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier management , including sourcing, evaluation, and relationship development
• Translate commercial demand into robust procurement and supply plans
• Conduct market intelligence to identify optimal sourcing opportunities in terms of cost, quality, and reliability
• Manage RFQs, perform cost analysis , and lead negotiation processes
• Oversee purchase orders from initiation to delivery, including timeline and payment follow-up
• Collaborate closely with foreign trade and operations teams to ensure seamless execution
• Ensure on-time, cost-efficient, and reliable supply performance
• Proactively develop alternative sourcing strategies and product options to support business growth

🎯 Your Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
• Experience in life sciences, chemicals, or cosmetics is a strong advantage
• Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering , or related disciplines (e.g. Materials or Industrial Engineering)
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities
• Analytical, structured, and planning-oriented mindset
• Proactive, agile, and solution-driven approach
• Comfortable working in cross-functional environments
• Fluency in English
