PROCUREMENT & SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

A rapidly growing global F&B brand is looking for an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead all purchasing and supply chain operations in Türkiye. This role will play a vital part in establishing the sourcing framework, optimizing stock and cost management, and ensuring seamless alignment with global teams during our expansion phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for food, packaging, consumables, equipment, and services
• Conduct supplier sourcing, price negotiations, contract management, and performance evaluations
• Ensure store needs are met accurately and on time, minimizing delays and operational disruptions
• Monitor stock levels; proactively prevent stock-outs or excess stock situations
• Prepare weekly Waste Reports and Grey Area Reports , analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Manage communication between stores and suppliers regarding delivery issues or discrepancies
• Oversee order, price, stock, and invoice workflows via Logo ERP
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product, price, and inventory data in the ERP system
• Collaborate with global HQ teams; align purchasing, pricing, and operational processes
• Prepare periodic cost analyses, supplier performance reports, stock reports, and management dashboards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong command of English (capable of active and clear communication with global teams)
• 3–7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles within F&B, QSR, horeca, or retail industries
• Hands-on Logo ERP experience (Tiger / GO Plus / Wings) – Mandatory
• Strong understanding of stock management, cost control, procurement workflows, and operational processes
• Strong analytical skills, negotiation ability, and communication competencies
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, reporting)
• Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
