Procurement & Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to handle the sourcing and purchasing of raw materials and components required for surgical instruments manufacturing. The selected candidate will manage supplier relationships, oversee purchasing activities, and ensure the smooth availability of materials while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase raw materials, stainless steel, and production components.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements to achieve competitive purchasing advantages.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to monitor inventory requirements and stock availability.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure materials meet required quality standards.
• Maintain purchasing records, invoices, quotations, and procurement documentation.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement without affecting product quality.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials to avoid production interruptions or delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier coordination skills.
• Understanding of local and international sourcing procedures.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP/purchasing systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
