Procurement/Ordering Executive

Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage procurement activities, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Since you will be dealing with our UK clients and vendors, strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day purchasing operations, including raising purchase orders and tracking deliveries.
  • Communicate effectively with UK-based clients and suppliers to ensure smooth procurement.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with vendors.
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain (preferred).
  • Excellent English communication skills to interact with UK clients and suppliers.
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
