Purchase Executive:
Experience: 0.2 month to 1.5 yr (Intern can apply)
Location: Goregaon Ram Mandir
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dedicated resource to manage procurement-related activities efficiently.
2. Vendor coordination.
3. purchase order processing, follow-ups for timely delivery, and maintaining procurement records.
4. Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
5. Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders.
6. Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
7. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
8. Coordinate with the Sales, finance, and other departments.
Skills
Excellent Communication skills
Good knowledge of vendor management, coordination.
Purchase and sales
Delivery goods, Inventory handling
