Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with fresh produce, ensuring items are organized, properly labeled, and visually appealing
• Load and unload shipments efficiently using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the produce section, including cleaning displays and storage areas
• Assist customers with their selections, answer questions about produce options, and provide friendly service
• Support merchandising efforts by rotating stock, packaging produce for sale, and setting up attractive displays

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packaging, and maintaining the produce area
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
