Produce Associate at Lou’s Farm Mart – Bensalem, PA

Enjoy working with fresh fruits and vegetables and love a fast-paced environment? Lou’s Farm Mart is hiring full-time and part-time produce associates to join our hardworking team!

We’ve been a staple in the Bensalem community for over 45 years—starting as a small roadside stand and growing into a full-service local market known for quality produce, great service, and a friendly atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:

• Unload and organize produce deliveries from trucks
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise fruits and vegetables
• Maintain freshness and quality standards throughout the day
• Assist customers with produce questions and recommendations
• Keep produce displays clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Jump in to support your team wherever needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior produce or grocery experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for most of the shift
• Fast, efficient, and detail-oriented
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Weekend availability required

Availability:

• Full-time or part-time, including at least one weekend day per week
• Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (until 7:30 PM; Sundays until 5:30 PM)

Store Hours:

• Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
