About the Show

Crossfire Live Comedy Show is a live stand-up comedy production based in Sewickley, PA. We film every show, produce a full episode, and push clips across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. We're a growing operation with big ambitions, including taking the show to NYC this year.

If you love dark comedy, roast-style humor, and the raw energy of live stand-up, this might be the job for you.

The Role

You'll be our on-the-ground producer for the live show, supporting stage setup, hands-on with the equipment, and responsible for shepherding the content from raw footage to final approval. Our editor does the heavy lifting on cuts, but you're the creative eye. You decide what stays, what goes, and what clips are worth pushing to socials.

This is a real production role. You'll get hands-on experience running a live show, managing an editor, and producing content for a growing comedy brand.

Schedule

Thursday (Show Day): 6PM–11PM, Sewickley PA

• 6PM–8PM: Show setup. Cameras, stage, audio equipment. Greet and seat guests, check tickets, check in comics, manage logistics
• 8PM–10PM: Live show. Ensure all cameras and audio are recording, manage crowd flow and comic logistics
• 10PM–11PM: Tear down. Pack up equipment, begin proxying footage, and set up Premiere project file for editor

Remote (Remaining ~7 hrs): Flexible, due by following Thursday

• Review the full episode cut fluff, flag anything that needs to be censored for platform compliance (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok algorithms)
• Identify the best clips from the show and flag for the editor
• Review final edits of the full episode and all clips
• Give final approval and hand off to show leadership for export

You're a Good Fit If You...

• Are based in or near Pittsburgh and can reliably be in Sewickley every Thursday night
• Are a genuine fan of comedy: dark humor, roast culture, stand-up - you get the tone
• Are detail-oriented and can make editorial calls without hand-holding
• Are comfortable working independently and working with a remote editor
• Want to learn by doing, not just watching

Requirements

• Based in or near Pittsburgh, PA (Sewickley Thursday nights are non-negotiable)
• Basic familiarity with Adobe Premiere (you don't need to be an expert, but you need to know your way around)
• Reliable, communicative, and self-directed
• 18+ (adult content themes)

Bonus Points

• Any theater, stage, or live production experience
• Experience with short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• You've edited your own videos before, even just personal projects
• You are a fan of comedy - especially dark humor, roasting.

Compensation & Perks

• $200/week to start
• Flexible remote hours (outside of Thursday nights)

• Growth potential: As the show scales, we're working toward a revenue share deal for content earnings
• NYC shows: We are negotiating to take Crossfire on the road to New York City.
