Job Title: Product Analyst

We are seeking a Product Analyst to support our product initiatives by analyzing business requirements, designing efficient processes, and applying SDLC principles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business analysis, process design, and the software development lifecycle to ensure successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough business analysis to gather and document requirements.
• Design and optimize business processes to improve efficiency.
• Apply SDLC knowledge to support product development and delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams to flush out all relevant use cases and define the value delivered from the services assigned.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the service area owned, including understanding existing processes and planned transformations.
• Create detailed user stories and requirements that are complete and unambiguous.
• Manage the product backlog effectively.
• Develop detailed acceptance criteria that QA can translate into test plans.
• Lead agile ceremonies, including grooming sessions and sprint planning.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to remove obstacles during the product lifecycle.

Required Skills:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
