About the job

As a Product Analyst working closely with Product Lead, you will play a key role in the design and evolution of our next-generation airline retailing product ecosystem.

Our platform is built as a modular, flexible and advanced product development environment supporting modern airline retailing needs. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Lead and domain teams, contributing to the shaping of product strategy and acting as an analytical, methodological, and coordinative bridge across teams.

As a Product Analyst, you will not be attached to a single squad but will support all analysis teams with an end-to-end perspective, helping to clarify product scope and ensure roadmap consistency. This position is ideal for analysts who enjoy working closely with both business and technical stakeholders, can maintain a strategic outlook, and at the same time quickly understand and structure detailed requirements.

This position will be

Product Strategy & Roadmap Support:

• Contribute to the creation and ongoing refinement of the product roadmap

• Gather, structure and make visible the needs and demands coming from different domain teams

• Identify new requirements, changes and dependencies early and share them with the relevant teams

Discovery & Analysis Frameworks:

• Provide methodological support to analysis teams so that discovery processes run more efficiently

• Understand end-to-end business workflows and design sequences and process frameworks

• Increase clarity and quality in requirement definition processes

Cross-Team Coordination:

• Play a connecting role in communication between business units, technical teams, architecture and strategy teams

• Ensure that decision points, outputs and their impacts are shared correctly across teams

• Strengthen alignment between domains and help maintain a shared product vision

Agile Delivery Support:

• Support the product team in sprint, refinement and PI planning processes

• Help keep the product backlog well-structured, prioritized and up-to-date

• Track risks, dependencies and delivery progress and provide timely information to relevant stakeholders

Documentation & Product Standards:

• Help define documentation templates and make it easier to apply quality standards

• Create new documentation structures, guides and playbooks when needed

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience as a Business / Product Analyst, preferably in digital products, airline / travel, e-commerce or large-scale IT projects

• Experience contributing to product roadmaps and working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to connect the “big picture” with detailed requirements

• Hands-on experience with analysis techniques (process and workflow modelling, user story mapping, requirements management, stakeholder analysis, risk assessment, etc.)

• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, architecture, engineering, UX, strategy)

• Ability to prepare clear and concise documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, decision logs, product specs)

• Familiarity with modern product and delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, collaboration and diagramming tools)

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

• Strong command of English and Turkish (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
