What You'll Be Doing:

Analyze user behavior across platforms to identify patterns, drop-offs, and opportunities.

Design, run, and interpret A/B tests to validate product changes.

Build real-time dashboards and periodic reports to track KPIs and business health.

Partner with product managers to influence roadmaps with data-driven recommendations.

Dive deep into datasets using SQL, Excel, PowerBI, GA4, and Mixpanel to generate actionable insights.
What You Bring:

3 - 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with product or growth teams.

Strong command of SQL; hands-on with dashboards and data visualization tools.

Ability to turn complex data into clear, concise stories for stakeholders.

A curious mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.

Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Exceptional problem solving skills based on first principles thinking
