Job Title: Senior UEM Product Analyst
Responsibilities:

Demonstrate comprehensive expertise/knowledge in MDM, EMM, and UEM platforms across Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, Chrome OS, and Linux along with enrollment.

Conduct competitive benchmarking of UEM solutions, preparing detailed gap and opportunity analysis reports for leadership.

Maintain and track the roadmap features based on each release.

Proactively monitor feature releases and deprecations from Android AM API and Apple’s developer documentation, ensuring the product roadmap is always up to date.

Perform in-depth technical analysis of new features, collaborating closely with UI/UX teams to deliver well-designed user stories and interface prototypes.

Guide cross-functional teams—development, QA, presales, and sales—regarding new feature releases, and act as a subject matter expert throughout the product lifecycle.

Author and maintain clear, prioritized user story documentation for all features, tracking status from requirement gathering through to rollout.

Conduct training sessions for presales and sales teams whenever new features are released, ensuring team alignment and readiness for client demos.

Own and track features from initial analysis through delivery on the demo instance, ensuring timely execution and high quality.

To ensure continuous alignment and transparency, should be organized weekly review meetings with Management to discuss both the current sprint’s progress and planning for upcoming sprints.
Qualifications:

Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with enterprise-grade MDM/EMM/UEM products.

Expertise across multi-platform environments: Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, Chrome OS, Linux.

Experience in product benchmarking, competitive analysis, and technical documentation.

Strong analytical ability to interpret complex developer documentation (Android, Apple) and turn features into actionable product designs.
