Role Purpose
Bridge data and design by owning behavioural analytics and UX insights. This role “lives” in Mixpanel / equivalent to this tool and session tools (Hotjar/Clarity), turning user and merchant behaviour into concrete UX hypotheses, A/B tests, and prioritised recommendations that reduce friction, boost activation, and grow TPV across all Thawani products.

-
Cohorts, retention charts, and usage patterns.
-
Own session analytics tools (Hotjar / Clarity):
-
Heatmaps, scroll maps, and session recordings
-
Journey visualisation to detect friction, confusion, or bugs.

-
Merchant solutions (Tajer, Merchant Portal, Payment Gateway, Payment Link).

Reporting & Communication
-
Produce regular “UX & Behaviour Insights” reports summarising:
-
Key trends, issues, and quick wins
-
Experiments results and learnings
-
Recommendations for backlog priorities.
-
Collaborate closely with the Senior Growth & Product Data Analyst to ensure UX findings are reflected in broader KPI and board-level narratives.
Qualifications & Experience

-
Hands-on experience with Mixpanel (or similar product analytics), Hotjar / Clarity, GA4/Firebase, and experimentation tools.
-
Strong analytical skills; SQL and comfort with querying the data warehouse are a plus.
-
Proven ability to turn behavioural data into UX and product changes with measurable impact.
-
Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex behavioural patterns into simple stories and priorities for designers, product managers, and leadership.
