Your Mission: The Role

• Product Innovation: Translate trends in the gift and home décor market into tangible product designs (ceramics, glass, textiles, and more).
• 3D to 2D Synergy: Design not just the product itself, but the visual storytelling (packaging and branding) that makes it jump off the shelf.
• Prototyping & Collaboration: Work with multiple teams to convert spoken ideas into technical specs and visual representations that are ready for production.
• Market Strategy: Apply a thorough understanding of branding to ensure every new product line aligns with Pavilion’s global sales strategy.

Who You Are

• The Maker: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Product Design (BFA highly recommended).
• Technical Artist: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with 3D modeling or CAD software is a significant advantage.
• Material Minded: You have a "tangible" mindset, you understand how designs translate across different materials and print media.
• The Professional: You possess the "can-do" attitude required to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
• Web Savvy: Knowledge of web design or digital marketing is a plus.
