Scope of position:
Responsible for the end-to-end commercial development of the PREMIUM Truffles business, including fresh truffles and all derivative products (oils, sauces, preserved items, cuts, and innovations).
Acts as the Category Owner and Brand Champion for PREMIUM Truffles, driving sales growth, profitability, brand positioning, and market expansion across HoReCa and Retail channels.
The role ensures SITAF is recognized as the leading partner for premium truffle solutions in KSA & Bahrain, combining product excellence, storytelling, and commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the category strategy for fresh premium products and related derivatives to drive sales, profitability, and market growth.

Lead brand development and ensure consistent premium positioning across all customer touchpoints and channels.

Drive commercial growth across fine dining, hotels, premium casual dining, and specialty retail accounts.

Build strong relationships with key customers, chefs, operators, and strategic partners.

Define pricing strategies, commercial frameworks, and value propositions aligned with premium market positioning.

Train and coach the Sales Team on product knowledge, category expertise, and premium sales storytelling.

Support menu integration, upselling opportunities, and premiumization initiatives with key accounts.

Partner with Marketing to execute activations, events, collaborations, and storytelling campaigns.

Coordinate with Procurement and Operations to ensure product availability, quality standards, proper handling, and supply continuity.

Monitor category performance, market trends, sales mix, profitability, wastage, and customer performance to drive corrective actions and business growth.
Qualifications & Skills:

5+ years’ experience in premium foodservice, fine foods, or category management.

Strong understanding of P&L, pricing, and high-margin product management.

Proven ability to build and grow a premium/luxury category or brand.

Solid knowledge of truffles and gourmet products (fresh and processed) is highly preferred.

Strong commercial mindset combined with storytelling ability.

Excellent training, presentation, and influencing skills (especially with chefs and decision-makers).
