Product Business Analyst - ERP

Experience: 2–3 Years as a Business Analyst (Client-Facing)
Focus: Requirement Elicitation, Client Success, and Product Strategy

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who acts as the bridge between our clients in the clothing industry and our technical execution teams. You will be the "architect of logic", translating complex business needs into clear functional requirements for our developers and UI/UX designers.

What You Will Actually Do

• Be the Face of the Product: Lead workshops with clients to understand their unique manufacturing workflows and pain points.
• Translate "Business" to "Tech": Write clear, actionable User Stories and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) that our developers love.
• Collaborate on Design: Work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure the software interface is intuitive for factory managers and retail planners.
• Gap Analysis: Identify where the client’s current process differs from our ERP’s capabilities and propose creative solutions.
• Ownership: Manage the project lifecycle from the first discovery call to the final "Go-Live" phase.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Experience: 2–3 years specifically as a Business Analyst handling client-facing requirement gathering and documentation.
• The "Human" Element: Exceptional communication skills. You must be comfortable leading a meeting with high-level stakeholders.
• The "Logical" Mind: You can visualize a complex process (like a garment moving from design to cutting to sewing) and map it out step-by-step.
• Apparel/ERP Knowledge: (Preferred) Understanding of the clothing industry or previous experience with ERP/SaaS products.
• Documentation Mastery: Experience with Jira or similar tools for writing requirements will be an added advantage.
• No Technical Skills Required: We don't need you to write SQL or code. We need you to understand the logic of how a business runs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
