The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support about mining machinery and electrical minning trucks.

This position involves working closely with clients, addressing technical issues and contributing to the overall success of our products in the market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manages and develops appropriate and positive relationships with customers and key accounts and assists customers with new product launches and assists with problem resolution,
• Responsible for developing and marketing to target customers in the machinery and heavy equipment industry,
• Gather and analyze marketing information, define and track performance metrics, plan appropriate actions and make decisions to ensure current and future market needs are met and profitability is maximized.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a Bachelor of Science (Engineering field)
• At least 3 years experience as a Product Engineer,
• Experience in the mining machinery and electrical minning trucks field - construction equipment industry is a must,
• Good command of spoken, written and spoken English,
• A class B driver's license and active driver,
• Ability to work in a global environment,
• No restrictions on local and/or international travel,
• For male candidates, military service should have been completed.
