Job Description

Netlog Logistics Group is a fast-growing logistics group consisting of 18 leading companies and brands operating in local, regional, and global markets. With a strong position in the logistics sector, we continue to expand our capabilities, especially in retail, textile, and e-commerce operations.

We are currently looking for a Product Care Manager to join our logistics center located in Istanbul / Esenyurt .

This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end product quality , process excellence, and customer satisfaction, working closely with field teams and multiple stakeholders across operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take end-to-end ownership of product quality , process quality, and customer satisfaction across logistics operations
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve product care and quality processes in close collaboration with warehouse and field teams
  • Actively work on retail quality standards , ensuring alignment with brand and customer expectations
  • Analyze defects, damages, and quality deviations; identify root causes and develop data-driven, sustainable solutions
  • Lead and manage quality-related operational planning and execution
  • Work closely with operations, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless quality integration across channels
  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly quality and performance reports
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, operational costs, and lead times
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and relevant regulations
  • Act as a key point of contact for quality topics, ensuring strong communication between teams
  • Support and guide teams by setting clear quality goals and leading improvement projects
  • Foster a culture of empathy, accountability, and continuous improvement


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Textile Engineering is strongly preferred
  • A Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering is a strong plus
  • Proven experience in retail quality management is highly preferred
  • Retail (store operations) experience will be a strong advantage
  • E-commerce experience is considered a major plus
  • Experience in textile production is an additional advantage
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in people and/or process management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to see details, identify problems, and produce effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of empathy and ability to work closely with field and operational teams
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to turn designs and ideas into real-life operational processes
  • Fluent English is required (both written and spoken)
