Sales Executive
to join our Furniture & Lifestyle Retail team of our client "
Workman"
in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, a refined approach to client handling, and hands-on experience in customized furniture solutions. This role requires a high-energy individual who can confidently engage with sophisticated clientele and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

Engage with walk-in and corporate clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable furniture and lifestyle solutions.

Handle
product configuration and customization
based on client needs and preferences.

Conduct
customer site visits
when required for measurements, consultations, or project discussions.

Provide professional product presentations and guide customers through the complete sales cycle.

Build long-term relationships with high-end and sophisticated clientele.

Address customer queries, objections, and concerns with strong
problem-solving and selling skills

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction standards.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
– preferably in
Marketing or Business

Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Furniture or Lifestyle Retail

Proven experience in
product customization and configuration

Exposure to
on-site client visits
is mandatory.
