Product / Data Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Product / Data Manager to own product development, data insights, and performance optimization. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and business outcomes, ensuring products are built and improved using data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery

• Define product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps

• Use data to drive product decisions, prioritization, and improvements

• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and performance metrics

• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams

• Build dashboards, reports, and success metrics

• Run experiments, A/B tests, and feature validations

• Translate business needs into clear product and data requirements

• Track KPIs such as engagement, retention, and conversion

• Ensure product alignment with company goals and timelines

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in product management, data analysis, or hybrid roles

• Strong understanding of product development and agile workflows

• Hands-on experience with data analysis and metrics

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, BI tools, or analytics platforms

• Ability to convert data insights into product action

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Gaming / Esports / Consumer Tech products

• Familiarity with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks

• Technical background or ability to work closely with engineers

• Experience with user research and UX analytics

• Exposure to monetization and growth metrics
