What You’ll Do:

Lead product design and development projects from early concept through production.

Create, test, and refine designs while ensuring manufacturability and efficiency.

Apply CAD expertise (Creo preferred, SolidWorks/Inventor acceptable) and FMEA processes.

Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and technicians to deliver practical solutions.

Partner closely with the Lead Engineer to share workload and build toward greater leadership opportunities.

Support and guide interns or co-ops as part of the engineering team.
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required (Industrial Engineering considered).

Four to five years of experience in product design and development.

Proficiency in CAD software (Creo ideal, SolidWorks/Inventor acceptable).

Understanding of stack-up tolerances, dimensional design, and FMEA.

Stable work history without frequent job changes.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently.

Bonus: prior experience mentoring or delegating to junior team members.
