AITHER is looking for a Product Design Intern with a primary focus for UI / Visual design to join our team.

Our ideal candidate is great with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D (would be a plus), highly experienced and efficient, detail-oriented, with excellent organization and artistic/creative direction. Knowing Claude Code + Figma MCP is a huge plus.

You will join a team of UI, UX, and graphic designers that move fast to deliver the highest value to our clients.

What we're looking for

AITHER is looking for a Product Design Intern to work closely with our team and gain hands-on experience. This is a 3-month internship at Aither, with potential for extension, where you will engage in a dynamic user experience design role with a primary focus on understanding design systems and auto components. You will get heavy exposure to the latest AI agent design tools and design processes including Claude Code and Figma MCP. You will receive a $2500 monthly stipend throughout the length of the internship.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across teams (product designers, graphic designers, and engineers) to develop functional, innovative design solutions.
Create templates, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products.
Organize components, styles, and assets and define design guidelines such as naming conventions, grid systems, color palettes, and typography rules for Design Systems.
Participate in design reviews and present your work to team members and stakeholders.
Help ensure designs are in alignment with brand standards and product goals.
Maintain and upkeep design systems including reusable components and patterns
Contribute to the creation of usability testing protocols and assist with user testing sessions.
Assist in the research and analysis of user feedback and market trends to support design decisions.
Support in the development of graphic design elements and animations
Join and shadow on client meetings.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Product Design, UX/UI, or a related field. (not required)
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
Excellent with Gsuite, Notion and Slack
A strong portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of design principles and creative thinking.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Creativity and an eye for detail, with a strong sense of aesthetics.
Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, data scientists, and marketers.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to feedback.
In-depth knowledge of typography principles, font pairings, and layout design.

Pay: $2,500.00 per month
