About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer with hands-on experience in furniture design to join our creative team. If you love transforming concepts into functional and aesthetic furniture products, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:

 Conceptualization: Generate innovative and original furniture design concepts that align with market trends, user needs, and brand identity.

 Sketching and Rendering: Create detailed sketches, drawings, and 3D renderings to communicate design ideas and concepts effectively.

 Collaborate with the interior design, production, and CRM teams to ensure design feasibility, material optimization, and smooth project execution.

 Prepare BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation for manufacturing and installation.

 Materials and Manufacturing Knowledge: Stay abreast of the latest materials, manufacturing techniques, and trends in the furniture industry. Use this knowledge to make informed design decisions.

 Prototype Development: Work closely with prototyping teams to develop and refine furniture prototypes, ensuring they meet design specifications and functional requirements.

 Documentation: Prepare detailed design documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and material lists, to facilitate the manufacturing process.

 Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor products to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.

 Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

 Bachelor’s degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a furniture designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of

designs.

 Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

 Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and woodworking techniques.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

 Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

 Knowledge of sustainability practices in furniture design is a plus.

 Excellent visualization, detailing, and communication skills.

 Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on time.
