You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and founders — owning projects from idea to execution.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and founders — owning projects from idea to execution.

What You’ll Do
- Research: Deep dive into user problems, analyze product data, and explore best design practices.
- Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that simplify complex workflows.
- Collaborate: Work daily with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to ship great experiences.
- Communicate: Present and defend design ideas clearly — visually and verbally.
- Measure: Evaluate impact through A/B testing and product analytics.
- Own It: Take full ownership of your projects — from concept to launch.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of UX/UI experience in consumer-facing products (web or mobile).
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
- Experience collaborating closely with developers for smooth handoffs.
- Data-driven mindset — you understand user behavior and analytics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills (Slack, async tools, etc.).
- Deep understanding of design principles and usability best practices.
- Passion for creating intuitive experiences that simplify people’s lives.
