Product Designer- Job Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can craft seamless and scalable design solutions for enterprise SaaS and AI-powered products. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate business and technical requirements into elegant, user-centered designs that simplify complex workflows for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design intuitive, scalable interfaces and workflows for B2B SaaS and AI-based products.

● Translate business and data insights into clear, actionable user experiences.

● Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering, Operations) to implement designs effectively.

● Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.

● Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system across the product ecosystem.

● Balance business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility in every design decision.

Required qualifications:

● 2–4 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer in a B2B SaaS or enterprise product environment.

● Strong understanding of designing for AI-powered workflows, dashboards, or automation tools.

● Hands-on experience with Figma (preferred), Sketch, or similar design tools.

● Proven ability to simplify complex data and systems through thoughtful design.

● Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and information architecture.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

● Familiarity with design systems and front-end design collaboration tools (e.g., Zeplin, Storybook) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
