Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Product Designer to define, design, and refine intuitive, engaging user experiences that elevate the Pryze gaming platform. In this high-impact role, you’ll take full ownership of our design systems, user flows, and interfaces across the app. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure the visual and functional aspects of our platform align with user needs and business goals.

Key Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of designing intuitive and engaging user experiences for mobile apps and platforms.
• Strong proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite – XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) with expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Ability to create clean, functional interfaces and design systems that enhance user flows and engagement.
• Bonus: Experience or understanding of gaming UI/UX, mobile gaming behavior, or gamification techniques.
• Experience working with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to bring designs from concept to execution.
• Deep understanding of user research, usability testing, and design iteration to continuously improve the product.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to align design decisions with product strategy and business goals.
• Passion for product design and gaming culture in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
