being used in over 27 countries including the U.S., EU, the UK, Ireland, and South Africa. IRIS

CARBON® is a SOC-certified, cloud-based, collaborative, and feature-rich SaaS platform that allows

Job Title: Product Designer

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience Required: 3-5 years (B2B SaaS)

Translate product requirements into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Own the UX of a problem space end-to-end from discovery to final UI delivery.

Conduct structured user research to understand domain problems.

Create design systems, reusable components, and interaction patterns for consistency across modules.

Bring clarity to ambiguous problem statements by breaking them into solvable design tasks.

Partner with engineering throughout development, ensure the final output matches design intent.

Drive UX quality across critical flows such as document creation, linking, tagging, collaboration, and workflow management.

Contribute to long-term product vision with PMs especially around automation, agentic workflows, and AI-driven interfaces.

Maintain documentation in Figma and communicate design decisions clearly.

Strong portfolio demonstrating product design for complex, multi-step workflows

Experience with B2B or enterprise SaaS

Excellent interaction design and prototyping skills (Figma required)

Familiarity with information architecture, usability heuristics, and systems thinking

Ability to collaborate closely with PMs and engineers

Strong communication and documentation discipline

Experience designing for finance, compliance, reporting, or workflow-heavy products

Exposure to AI-driven product features

Understanding of data models, schema thinking, and structured content

Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for better dev alignment)
