Product Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about fitness, user experience, and problem-solving. You will work closely with product managers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for features and products—from discovery to final UI
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Design experiences across mobile apps, web platforms, and connected fitness products
• Collaborate with product managers to define problem statements and success metrics
• Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Maintain and evolve Aerofit’s design system and visual language
• Use data and feedback to continuously improve user experience

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer / UI Designer
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and user-centered design
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Experience designing consumer-facing digital products (apps or web)
• Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to cross-functional teams

Good to Have

• Experience in fitness, health-tech, or consumer lifestyle products
• Knowledge of basic front-end constraints (iOS, Android, Web)
• Experience working with data-driven or connected devices
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
