Product Designer (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Designer who’s driven to create thoughtful, high-impact product experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to solve real user challenges and deliver polished, scalable design solutions in a rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for core product initiatives.
• Scope, prioritize, and deliver design work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align on problems and solutions.
• Make product design decisions using user research, data, and design best practices.
• Design intuitive, scalable user experiences with strong UX and UI foundations.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system and internal design processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI for web and mobile applications.
• Must be an Arabic Speaker.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes and product quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems.
• Bonus: experience in fintech or B2B products.
